In these sessions participants will:

• Discover that many of the challenges facing the Church today are the
very same ones boldly confronted by the Early Church Fathers.
• Learn how the heroic stories of the saints can challenge and affirm their
own walk of faith.
• Recognize the Early Christian Church as the Catholic Church.

About the Epic Series
The history of the Church is the story of western civilization—an epic drama filled with adventure, triumph, tragedy, saints and sinners which spans over 2,000 years of human history.
Epic--A Journey Through Church History uses an engaging narrative style and unique memory devices to help participants easily grasp this amazing story. Utilizing the same structure as The Great Adventure bible series, Epic organizes the history of the church into twelve color-coded time periods; for each one, it identifies the main events in Church history, culture, and politics, as well as the popes, martyrs, saints and teachers who shaped the development of western civilization.
