Dear Friends of COR,
It is hard to believe that another year has come and gone and what a year it has been for all of us! In the midst of so much global, national, and local turmoil and isolation this year, we have still sought to be a place of hope and connection at COR. We have made great strides in connecting with the local art community through showcasing a regular rotation of art exhibits, featuring incredible artists from our local parishes and professors from Hawkeye Community College and University of Northern Iowa. We continued to host private events when able to be in compliance with CDC and local guidelines. While many of our regular gathered programs have been suspended, we have set our eyes on the future, praying, reflecting, and doing intensive planning for a new vision of how COR can better live its mission to bring the Church and broader community in closer contact with each other.
We want to thank those of you who have contributed so generously to our effort over the past several years. As we look to the future, additional funding is needed for extra program costs and space renovation.
Please help us reach our goal
If you have not had an opportunity to contribute to COR or have done so in the past and would be willing to financially support this evangelization initiative again, we invite you to consider doing so now. We are enclosing a self-addressed envelope which you can use to return your contribution. Our hope is that several major supporters will step up with contributions of $500 or more to help us reach our goal of $20,000. However, we consider no gift too small or insignificant, when used to provide avenues to spread the Good News and lead longing hearts into deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.
WE ARE DEEPLY GRATEFUL FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
