What is “Totus Tuus”? “Totus Tuus” is a Latin phrase meaning “Totally Yours” and was Saint Pope John Paul II’s pontifical motto which expresses the desire to give ourselves totally to Jesus through our Blessed Mother Mary. This program’s goal is to form children and teens to be disciples of Jesus Christ through His mother Mary.
The “Totus Tuus” program is put on by teams of college students: 2 men and 2 women and typically consist of seminarians from the Archdiocese of Dubuque and other college students from Iowa and across the country. Students are chosen for their enthusiasm, energy, desire to grow in one’s faith, ability to work with a team/youth, etc.
